Acuris Engineering is a machining job shop at Vatva GIDC, Ahmedabad, running a Mazak VC-Ez 660 IP vertical machining centre and a Jyoti DX 200 turning centre. Prototypes, first articles, small batches and repeat production — quoted from your drawings or CAD files, with a written first-article report whenever you ask for one.
Facing, contouring, pocketing, drilling, boring, reaming and tapping on components up to 1400 × 610 mm and 1500 kg.
Shafts, flanges, housings, bushes and threaded parts on a 30° slant-bed turning centre with servo turret and hydraulic tailstock.
Single pieces and pilot lots, machined and measured against your drawing, reported back in writing on request.
Dedicated fixtures and proven programs held against the part number, so the fifth lot runs exactly like the first.
Heat treatment, plating, anodising, phosphating and painting arranged through partner units on request, so the part reaches you finished.
Two machines, bought new and both under one roof — so turned-and-milled parts stay on one schedule and one set of drawings.
* First-article inspection reports are prepared when the customer asks for them, and can be made a standing condition on your part numbers.
Workpiece and tool-length probing on the machine, so datums and tool offsets are set by measurement instead of by eye — a wrong setting is caught before it becomes a scrapped part.
Spindle cooling and ball-screw core cooling keep the machine dimensionally steady through long continuous runs, instead of drifting as it warms up.
Tool holders and cutting tools from Sandvik. Predictable tool life and surface finish are what let us quote the same cycle time on the tenth batch as on the first.
Inspection instruments from Mahr — micrometers, bore and height gauges read on a surface plate, next to the machine rather than after despatch.
Toolpaths programmed from your model in CAD/CAM and proven on the machine, with every program archived against the part number for the repeat order.
Five steps, and you hear from us at each one. If a date comes under threat you will know before it passes, not after.
Drawing or model in. We confirm material, quantity and the tolerances we can hold, then quote in writing.
Operation sequence, fixturing and tooling settled before cutting starts. Fixtures and soft jaws are made in-house.
One piece machined and measured against the drawing. Ask for a written first-article report and the batch waits on your approval of it.
Batch run with in-process checks at fixed intervals, and any agreed finishing arranged through our partner units.
Parts packed with their material test certificates, on the date we committed to at order.
Acuris Engineering LLP is a CNC machining job shop based in Vatva GIDC, Ahmedabad, offering milling and turning services.
We're starting with new equipment and clear priorities: understand the drawing, plan the process, inspect the work and communicate clearly. Our shop brings together Mazak and Jyoti machines, Sandvik tooling and Mahr inspection instruments.
As a small team, we stay closely involved in each job — from the first discussion to the finished components. We take on work we can commit to and aim to earn your confidence through the parts we deliver.
What we ask for is a chance at one job. Send a drawing, judge the part and the paperwork, and decide from there.
The drawing is the specification. Where we cannot hold a tolerance, we say so at quotation instead of at delivery.
Current-generation machines, in-house fixtures and archived programs, so cycle times and prices improve with every repeat order.
A committed date is a commitment. You get early warning if it is at risk — never an excuse afterwards.
Tell us the part, the material and the quantity. If it fits the machines you will get a written quotation — and a straight answer if it does not.
